We are LoudDealers - a music loop sharing and collaboration collective based in Poland. We operate louddealers.com (the "Service") and act as the data controller for any personal data collected through it.
Contact us at: contact@louddealers.com
2. What Data We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account information - when you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by Google.
- Profile information - display name and optional links to third-party music profiles (e.g., BeatStars, Instagram) you choose to provide.
- Uploaded content - audio files (MP3), profile images, and pack or kit cover images uploaded by content uploaders (our invited team members). Standard users do not upload files to the Service.
- Usage and interaction data - loops you like or download, pack metadata you create.
- Technical data - IP address, browser type, and device information processed by Cloudflare for security and routing.
- Session data - authentication cookies required to keep you logged in.
When you sign in via Google OAuth, we receive only your name, email address, and profile picture at the moment of login. We do not retain access to your Google account after sign-in.
We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioural profiling tools.
3. How We Use Your Data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
- Account management - to create and maintain your account, keep you authenticated, and let you manage your profile.
- Providing the Service - to let you upload loops, create packs, assign collaborator splits, and make your published content available to other users.
- Content visibility - to display your published loops and packs to other users, and to show your display name and profile on content you own.
- User interactions - to track likes and downloads associated with your account.
- Security and abuse prevention - to protect the platform from unauthorised access, fraud, and misuse.
- Service improvement - to analyse aggregated, anonymous usage patterns via Cloudflare Web Analytics.
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond those listed above.
4. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-first solution that does not use cookies, does not track individual visitors across sites, and does not store personally identifiable information. Only aggregated statistics are used to improve the platform.
5. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)
As a platform based in Poland, GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) applies directly to our processing. We rely on the following legal bases:
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) - processing your account data and content is necessary to provide the Service.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) - platform security, abuse prevention, and privacy-friendly analytics.
- Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) - where required by Polish or EU law.
6. How We Share Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with these service providers:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) - infrastructure services including CDN, database, file storage, and web analytics. Transfers to the USA are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
- Google LLC (USA) - authentication (OAuth 2.0). We receive your basic profile data only during sign-in. Covered by SCCs.
7. Data Retention
- Account data - retained while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings, which permanently removes all associated data.
- Uploaded audio files - retained until you delete them or your account is terminated.
- Session cookies - expire 7 days after sign-in, or immediately on sign-out.
- Analytics data - aggregated, not tied to individuals; retained per Cloudflare's policy.
8. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. Your data is hosted on Cloudflare infrastructure, which maintains industry-standard security controls. All data transmission between your browser and the Service is encrypted via HTTPS.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we do our best to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights Under GDPR
- Right of access - request a copy of your data.
- Right to rectification - request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure - delete your account directly from your profile settings, or request deletion by contacting us.

- Right to lodge a complaint - contact the Polish data protection authority (Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) at uodo.gov.pl.
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@louddealers.com. We will respond within one month as required by GDPR. For complex or multiple requests, we may extend this period by up to two further months and will notify you of any extension.
10. Cookies
We use only strictly necessary cookies for authentication (session management). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used.
